This returns policy applies only to orders placed directly on www.thedeco.life.
Orders purchased through third-party retailers follow the policies of those platforms.
Returns & Refunds Policy (Online Orders)
You may accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with European consumer law.

This return policy applies to orders shipped to the following regions:
- European Union (EU)
- United Kingdom
- Norway
- Switzerland
Conditions for Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
Custom, on sale, or personalized items are non-returnable, unless defective.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info@thedeco.life before sending the item back. In case of a defective custom, on sale, or personalized item, plese attach clear photos of the defect. Returns are accepted only after approval from our team.
Return Shipping Costs
EU orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
UK, Norway & Switzerland: Return shipping costs, customs fees, and any import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your order and place a new one.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions where to send your item.
Custom, on sale, or personalized Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
The return must be made by the same person/account that placed the original order.
IM does not accept return requests after the 14 days following the reception of the item.

Complaints
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@thedeco.life with photos.
IM is not responsible for transport damage and must be reported directly to the carrier.
We will review your case and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if a refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
