Returns Policy

Returns Policy

This returns policy applies only to orders placed directly on www.thedeco.life.
Orders purchased through third-party retailers follow the policies of those platforms.

 

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@thedeco.life.

 

Returns (Online Orders)

We do not accept returns of non-defective items.

We accept returns only for defective products.
To request a return, please email info@thedeco.life with clear photos of the defect. Returns are accepted only after approval from our team.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

  • The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

  • The return must be made by the same person/account that placed the original order.

Complaints

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@thedeco.life with photos.

Transport damage must be reported directly to the carrier.
We will review your case and work with you to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds (Defective Items Only)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if a refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
