EXCHANGES:
Clients have 14 days after receiving an order to request an exchange by emailing info@thedeco.life
ONLINE RETURNS:
d'ecolife does not accept returns of non-defective items.
We accept returns for detective products only. In this case, photos should be sent at info@thedeco.life to justify the return. Returns should be sent back only with final approval from d'ecolife.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
The shipping fee of the return is covered by the client.
The return should be made by the same person/account that was used for the initial purchase.

COMPLAINTS:
Clients should report any product defects via email at info@thedeco.life with supporting photographs.
Complaints about transport-related damages should be addressed directly to the carrier.
Please check your order upon arrival and contact us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made or personalized products. If you’re unsure about the eligibility of your item, feel free to reach out to us at info@thedeco.life
We are not able to accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return of a defective product, and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need extra time to process and post the refund.
