Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via CTT Expresso within Portugal and Spain. For other locations, deliveries are handled by DHL Express.

Each order includes a tracking number, which is shared with the customer upon dispatch. IM - Inédita Matéria Unipessoal Lda (d’ecolife - Jewelry with a Story)  is not responsible for damages caused by the carrier but will assist customers in resolving claims.

PROCESSING TIMEFRAME
(from the moment you place an order)

All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days at our atelier.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES WITH CARRIERS

Portugal: 2–4 business days

Spain: 3–6 business days

Other European countries: 5–10 business days

International delivery: 7–15 business days (may vary by destination and customs)

IM is not responsible for any delays occurred by carrier’s inconsistencies, customs and unexpected delays impacted by external factors away from IM’s hands. However, may some situation occur, IM will do everything in their power to help you solve the situation.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free delivery to Portugal & Spain on all orders.

For other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and volume.
