Shipping Policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped via CTT Expresso within Portugal and Spain. For other locations, deliveries are handled by DHL Express.
Each order includes a tracking number shared with the client upon dispatch. IM is not responsible for damages caused by the carrier.
PROCESSING TIMEFRAME
All orders are prepared within 1–3 business days at our atelier.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:
Portugal: 2–4 business days
Spain: 3–6 business days
Other European countries: 5–10 business days
International delivery: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Carriers:
Orders are shipped via CTT or DHL Express, depending on the country and product.
Customs & import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
IM is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier but provides all necessary support in resolving the situation.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and postal code.
We offer free delivery to Portugal and Spain on all orders. (no minimum order.)
For other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & CLAIMS
EXCHANGES:
Clients have 14 days after receiving an order to request an exchange by emailing info@thedeco.life
RETURNS:
Returns are not accepted for jewelry items, as per applicable consumer protection laws.
COMPLAINTS:
Clients should report any product defects via email at info@thedeco.life with supporting photographs.
Complaints about transport-related damages should be addressed directly to the carrier.
